Each ES LASER is equipped with a program called “AnyDesk”.

This allows our technicians to act in remote assistance with you, in real time, anywhere in the world.
All that is required is that the machine is connected directly to a high-speed Internet connection. AnyDesk is supplied on a USB stick for those types of Lasers that do not have a PC. And, for those types of Lasers that have a PC, it is already installed.

This connection allows us to diagnose the malfunction and to proceed, if necessary, to adjustments or even updates…

In 2021, 85% of technical assistance was carried out remotely.
